Research Lead since August 2015 – In his role, Evan translates research and data into information, assisting the decision makers in the region to better understand complex issues. Evan is presently leading a High Speed Internet Expansion project for the region, as well as a Regional Energy Investment Strategy to adopt new green technologies, and strengthen the resilience of the power grid. Evan has an undergraduate degree in Psychology with Honours, and is beginning a Masters of Business Administration in Community Economic Development.
