Martin Nguyen
BusinessNow Lead since December 2025 – Martin brings over 15 years of experience in business development, coaching, and relationship management across the private, non-profit, and entrepreneurial sectors. He has worked as a Business Development Manager, a business coach with ActionCOACH, and an Area Director with BNI Vietnam, roles that allowed him to support hundreds of small and medium-sized enterprises in strengthening leadership, improving operations, and expanding their networks.
Throughout his career, Martin has focused on helping business owners identify challenges, find practical solutions, and build long-term resilience. His background includes business diagnostics, strategic planning, project coordination, and facilitating business-to-business connections across multiple countries and industries.
Martin is committed to supporting the region’s business community through Western REN’s BusinessNow programs, including Business Retention and Expansion (BRE), Continuous Improvement, and Business Transition. Outside of work, Martin enjoys spending time with his family, singing and playing sports. He also volunteers with newcomer and youth programs.
