Connector Program Manager since December 2025 – Shelley Bellefontaine brings more than 25 years of business experience to her role as Connector Program Manager with the Western REN. Having built and grown a successful company in the digital marketing space, she is known for translating complex challenges into clear, data-driven strategies that deliver measurable results.

Deeply connected to Nova Scotia’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, Shelley has held volunteer leadership roles with the Chambre de commerce de Clare and the Clare Health Centre Foundation. Her work reflects a long-standing commitment to local economic development, community growth, and practical solutions that support both businesses and people.

As a proud Nova Scotia Acadian, Shelley brings a collaborative approach to her work. In her role with Western REN, she supports workforce connection initiatives designed to strengthen talent development, employer engagement, and regional economic growth across Western Nova Scotia.
