Request for Proposals: An Investment Attraction Value Proposition

The Western Regional Enterprise Network (Western REN) is inviting proposals from qualified consultants or consulting teams with experience in investment attraction, place branding, or economic development marketing to refresh Western Nova Scotia’s Investment Attraction Value Proposition.

This project is funded in part through the Government of Canada’s CanExport Community Investments Sub-Program, which supports Canadian communities’ efforts to attract, retain, and expand foreign direct investment (FDI).

We will consider tenders in the range of $48,000 – $52,000.
